Benefits of morning walk are multiple and of multi-dimensions. It is beneficial physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, economically, socially and so on. We get up early in the morning. The freshness of nature makes us cheerful. We have many health benefits. We get pure air. Daily exercise keeps our blood pressure normal. We learn self-discipline. We learn to maintain mental balance. We become emotionally strong. It makes us spiritual. We never fall ill so it saves money. It helps us in making friends so it gives social benefits. It gives us fund of energy which lasts throughout the day. Thus, its benefits are multi-dimensional.

Once there was an elephant. It used to go to a pond through a market to drink water. A tailor used to give bread daily to it. The elephant and the tailor had become friend by now. One day the tailor’s son was at the shop. As the elephant stopped at the shop, the tailor’s son pricked a needle into its trunk. It felt annoyed. It went to the pond. It filled mud in its trunk and threw it into the shop. All the clothes were spoiled.
